Weekend Box-Office Report (May 3-5, 2013)

"Iron Man 3" was the top movie at the box-office this week, opening with a record-breaking $175M which makes it the second-highest opening of all-time, behind only "The Avengers" with its $207M weekend debut. The weekend competition was diminutive compared to Marvel's behemoth. Michael Bay's "Pain and Gain" continued its run in second place with only $7.6M and the Jackie Robinson biopic "42" is doing surprisingly well, standing strong in third place with $6M and staying ahead of the Tom Cruise sci-fi epic "Oblivion" ($5.7M) and the animated feature "The Croods" ($4M).

More box-office details and the complete top 10, after the jump.
