Disney has released a Sneak Peek clip for "Planes", which is a spin-off of Pixar's "Cars" franchise. As far as the visuals are involved, the film looks really cool, with some "Top Gun" flavor to spice up the adventure. Disney is flying solo on this project, as Pixar was not involved in the making of this spin-off. The voice cast includes Dane Cook, Val Kilmer and Anthony Edwards (as a nod to "Top Gun"), Stacy Keach, Cedric the Entertainer, Teri Hatcher, Brad Garrett, Roger Craig Smith, Gabriel Iglesias, Carlos Alazraqui, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, John Cleese, Priyanka Chopra and Sinbad. The release date is August 9, 2013.
