In Theaters, Apr 15, 2011 : THE CONSPIRATOR

Official Synopsis : Mary Surratt is the lone female charged as a co-conspirator in the assassination trial of Abraham Lincoln. As the whole nation turns against her, she is forced to rely on her reluctant lawyer to uncover the truth and save her life.

What to Expect : Old-school courtroom drama and not just 1865 old-school. If you've ever seen at least one movie in the courtroom drama genre, like say "A Time to Kill", or even "Amistad", another period piece, there will be no surprises here. It has a wonderful cast, authentic-looking art direction and a great deal of dramatic intensity, so if you're in the mood for this kind of movie, it's a safe bet.
